Landlord/owner Tenant Finding Service

We charge a one time fee of 30% of one month's rent to find tenants for you. Rental Finders will set up and do the layout for the advertising and photos, update and monitor the advertising weekly, take all the phone calls, set up appointments for them to see the place, show the unit, screen and qualify applications (employment and income verification, credit check, rental history, check references with previous landlords, criminal history, court records, record of any evictions, etc.) and let you know the top candidates for you to meet. We will then complete all the necessary documentation and paper work (lease agreement, addendum to lease agreement/House Rules, provide Inventory and Conditions Report, and any other documentation required (Pet Addendum, Co-Signer Guarantor, Special Conditions, etc.). There is no charge if we don't find a tenant for you. There is, however, a minimum $50 initial fee to cover expenses (travel time, gas, setting up advertising, taking photos, etc).
